This position is from the game Kotov-Ragozin, Moscow 1949, which I found in Kotov's book Play Like a Grandmaster. White won with 1.f4 (threatening 2.Rh7#) Qxe3+ 2.Kh2 Qxe5 3.fxe5 1-0.
